BOSTON, Mass: Linkage, Inc., a global leadership development firm committed to advancing women leaders and accelerating inclusion in leaders and organizations, has been named among the 2022 Top Training Companies™ in the leadership training sector of the learning and development market for the 13th year in a row.
“For more than three decades, we’ve been on a mission to change the face of leadership by impacting leadership effectiveness and equity,” said Jennifer McCollum, CEO of Linkage. “This award recognition is a testament to our long-standing commitment to partner with organizations to solve their most pressing talent challenges and to stay ahead of the trends impacting our workforce.”
With a rich 32-year history, Linkage has long been known for its research-based leadership development solutions designed to accelerate women in leadership and create more purposeful, inclusive workforces. During the past two years, they’ve scaled their digital learning solutions, bringing action-oriented leadership development programs to hybrid and remote workforces through a combination of best practices including 360-degree leadership assessment, live instructor-led training, self-paced modularized learning, and individual one-on-one coaching.
More than 2,600 women leaders attended Linkage’s first-ever hybrid Women in Leadership Institute™ (WIL), making it the largest women’s conference in the organization’s history. This event, which has a 20+ year history, was made available to attendees as an in-person experience or through three different virtual learning passes, allowing organizations to choose the best development experience for their women leaders based on their talent development needs.
Linkage also launched the WIL Accelerator program at the start of 2022. This yearlong virtual leadership development experience creates connection and community by combining a virtual pass to the Women in Leadership Institute with monthly facilitated webinars and self-paced learning modules targeted at the seven hurdles that women often face in the workplace. Participants can also select an optional coaching upgrade to enhance their individual learning experience for maximum impact.
“Over the past two years, we’ve partnered with leading organizations to meet the urgent and evolving demands driving the massive shifts that we are seeing in today’s workforce. Most alarming is the decline in the retention and advancement of women, who are opting out of the workforce and are experiencing record levels of burnout. We also know that inclusive leadership is the critical path to retaining and advancing our talent and developing a workforce capable of thriving in the future,” said McCollum.
Training Industry, the leading research and information resource for corporate learning leaders, prepares the Training Industry Top 20 and Training Industry Watch List reports on critical sectors of the corporate training marketplace to better inform professionals about the best and most innovative providers of training services and technologies.
“Linkage has been named one of Training Industry’s Top 20 Leadership Training Companies for the fourteenth consecutive year! Through select [or dynamic] course offerings and the Women in Leadership Institute, Linkage empowers learners to solve vexing leadership challenges,” said Jessica Schue, market research analyst at Training Industry, Inc. “Linkage continues to evolve their digital development to offer their learners quality improvement and develop opportunities within leadership.”
Selection to the annual Top 20 list is based on a variety of criteria, including thought leadership and influence on the leadership training industry, the breadth and quality of programs and audiences served, industry recognition and innovation, and strength of clients and geographic reach.
