Linkage Announces 2020 Recipients of the Women in Leadership Executive Impact Award

Ekpedeme (Pamay) M. Bassey of Kraft Heinz, Paige Olson of The Walt Disney Studios, Sherlaender (Lani) Phillips of Microsoft, and Courtney Gentleman Schill of Synchrony Recognized for Exceptional Commitment to the Advancement of Women Leaders

BOSTON, Mass: Each year, Linkage, a leading provider of strategic leadership development solutions, presents the Women in Leadership Executive Impact Award to four executives who have demonstrated a commitment to the advancement of women leaders at their organizations, and who have ignited lasting and impactful change for women through their leadership.

We are proud to announce the recipients for 2020:

The 2020 recipients of the award are innovators and change-makers who are committed to developing and implementing new approaches to achieving gender parity within their organizations, and beyond. They work to advance and support women leaders at all levels in meaningful ways. And, their personal stories are inspirational case studies of what it takes to achieve results and make an impact.

“As we all strive to rise to the challenge of leading in a world changed by COVID-19, the commitment to advance women leaders is more vital than ever,” said Jennifer McCollum, CEO of Linkage. “We are thrilled to recognize these four exceptional women leaders who exemplify a standard of excellence in their work to advance women leaders at their organizations and in their communities.”

The recipients will be honored at Linkage’s Women in Leadership Institute™, which will be available 100% virtually for the first time in its 20+ year history, this November 9–12, 2020.

“The leadership stories of Pamay, Paige, Lani and Courtney are incredibly inspirational, and I am excited to bring their insights to the hundreds of women leaders who will join us for the Institute this fall,” said Katharine Panessidi, Director of the Women in Leadership Institute. “There is so much we can learn from these executives and we are proud to recognize their accomplishments.”
