Linkage, a leading provider of strategic leadership development solutions, has named Alan Mulally the “Legends in Leadership” faculty member for the Women in Leadership Institute (WIL).

The WIL “Legends in Leadership” faculty honor is awarded to a trailblazing and innovative leadership strategist who has demonstrated commitment in their career and life to the evolution and lifelong process of becoming a leader. He or she demonstrates a consistent pattern of living out the five commitments of Purposeful Leadership and concentrates current efforts on helping other leaders confidently step into their leadership potential with a focus on allyship and inclusion.

As this year’s “Legends in Leadership” faculty member, Mulally will share his expertise and leadership insights on leadership and allyship from the main stage, as part of a comprehensive, four-day leadership development learning experience for high-potential women leaders.

About Alan Mulally: Mulally served as president and chief executive officer of the Ford Motor Company and as a member of Ford’s board of directors from September 2006–June 2014. He led Ford’s transformation into one of the world’s leading automobile companies and the #1 automobile brand in the United States. He guided Ford in working together on a compelling vision, comprehensive strategy, and implementation of the One Ford plan to deliver profitable growth for all of the company’s stakeholders.
