Leading and Influencing in a Matrix Organization
Many of the world’s most successful organizations utilize a matrix management structure in favor of a traditional hierarchy, but leading and working in a matrix can also pose unique challenges. Leaders must establish alignment and accountability, harness the creative power of conflict, leverage influence, demonstrate efficient and effective decision making, and foster a climate of teamwork and collaboration.
