Linkage brings you best practice research and the freshest thinking in leadership and management development, organizational development, and HR strategy and systems. We do this through our own research and through partnerships with the greatest minds and thought leaders in the field. A few of our latest works, offerings, and partnerships include the following:

  • Noel Tichy, Professor of Management & Organizations at the Ross School of Business at the Univeristy of Michigan, and head of GE's Leadership Center, the fabled Crotonville in the mid 1980s, has been working together with Linkage for many years inside a variety of client organizations. The decision was made recently to create a formal partnership and introduce a proven methodology known as The Return on Leadership Development (ROLD) assessment to organizations worldwide

  • In their 2009 book, In Search of Leadership: How Great Leaders Answer the Question, "Why Lead?" (Mc-Graw-Hill), Phil Harkins, founder and CEO of Linkage, and Phil Swift, ARC Financial cofounder, interviewed corporate executives, presidents and prime ministers, educators, an important spiritual leader, and more and uncovered the startling commonalities on how they each answer that question. In Search of Leadership reveals the essential qualities and life lessons of leaders

  • Marshall Goldsmith, widely recognized as one of the best executive coaches in the world today, is featured in several of our events and workshops -- he and Linkage have worked together for over ten years

  • Internationally known speaker, author, and consultant William Bridges shows individuals and organizations how to deal more productively with change. Linkage enjoys an exclusive partnership with William Bridges & Associates on The Leading Organizational Transition: Train-the-Trainer program -- a unique program based on his Three-Phase Transition Model and developed by William Bridges & Associates

  • William Rothwell is a widely recognized international authority on succession planning and human resource issues. He is Professor of Workforce Education and Development at The Pennsylvania State University -- one of the highest ranked graduate programs in Human Resource Development in the U.S. Rothwell is a featured thought leader in Linkage's Best Practices in Succession Management program and an exclusive partner of the new Today's HR: Designs for a Strategic Partnership program
