The pathway that you choose clearly depends on your unique capabilities as well as the unique environment in which you operate and lead. Yet, at the same time, there are common denominators. The Leadership Assessment Instrument

As a participant in this program, you join the ranks of the more than 20,000 leaders who have taken the Leadership Assessment Instrument (LAI). You complete a 360° version of the instrument and receive a personal assessment report to guide and inform your further development as a leader. Developed in conjunction with leadership expert Warren Bennis, and based on years of extensive research, the LAIT assesses leaders on five leadership competencies, each made up of two separate but related components:

  • Focus and Drive Emotional Intelligence - Emotional Maturity and Perception
  • Trusted Influence - Commitment and Empowerment
  • Conceptual Thinking - Innovation and Big Picture Thinking
  • Systems Thinking - Mental Discipline and Process Orientation

The LAI also assesses leaders on five critical leadership skills (Change Management, Coaching/Mentoring, Communication, Negotiation, and Problem Solving).

During the program, you will have the opportunity to receive individual coaching on your assessment results. This proves to be a valuable opportunity to gain understanding of your overall results, as well as your key strengths and developmental areas.

This is Linkage's flagship leadership development program. It will enable you to address critical issues so that you can chart out your own leadership pathway to success.
