Linkage wants to share one of our best-in-class tools with you—Linkage’s Leadership Assessment Instrument (LAI)™. This online 360-degree assessment instrument was developed with Warren Bennis. Participants become certified to use the assessment and provide feedback to their customers during four live facilitated online sessions, two coaching sessions, and pre- and post-work assignments.
Topics include an overview of the LAI model, learning how to coach using the LAI, applying the instrument to your coaching case, and discussing development options for your customers. All participants will receive special discounts to administer the LAI Assessment.
We recommend registering for this program a minimum of 6 weeks prior to the start date (noted at right) to begin the pre-work assignments.
