This program introduces participants to a new way of implementing competency-based HR, HRD, and OD practices.
The accelerated competency system approach is designed to support applications in: 1) selection and staffing; 2) learning; 3) performance management; 4) assessment and measurement; and 5) compensation. By using clear tools, participants will learn how to create a common language and system for developing, implementing, and continuously improving people practices. Participants will be able to introduce these practical tools to their organization, and will have learned a means to introduce new tools and systems in a simple fashion.
