There are, however, issues that are unique to women leaders (the deep need for balance and meaning in both personal and professional areas, the glass ceiling dynamic, the importance of integrity in leadership, the relentless drive for perfectionism, etc.) that require a deeper understanding and a special knowledge on the part of the coach.
