This Certification Program teaches you how to implement Linkage’s Agenda for Change™ process, a tools-based approach that utilizes cross-functional teams to implement organizational change initiatives. The Agenda for Change™ process will ensure the successful launch of new change initiatives, as well as accelerating the progress of existing initiatives underway whether these are focused on cost-reduction, culture change, or restructuring. After completion of this program, participants become certified to use the Agenda for Change™ process to guide their organization’s change initiatives. Certified practitioners are able to purchase toolkits for use with Executive Sponsors and Agenda for Change™ teams.
