Daily Leadership Renewal and Resilience
Begin each day with greater energy for cultivating focus, balance, and leadership resilience. Join Ellen Wingard, a leading executive coach to Fortune 500 professionals, an early innovator in bringing renewal practices into the workplace, and co-editor of the book, Enlightened Power: How Women Are Transforming the Practice of Leadership, at 7am each day for centering exercises. (Note: Please wear comfortable attire and sneakers to these sessions; you will have plenty of time to change before the keynote kick-off each day.)
Learning Teams
Linkage will organize learning teams based on a pre-Summit survey to identify participants' key leadership challenges, goals, and objectives, years of experience, and industry focus. The Learning Teams occur daily at the Summit. Facilitator-led, they feature small groups of peers who discuss common issues and challenges in an open environment. In the end, participants walk away with action tools and best practices, a focused strategy for improvement, and a new peer network.
The Senior Leader Circle
The Senior Leader Circle (SLC) is an opportunity for senior executives from large companies to learn from and share with peers in a dialogue driven setting. The SLC is a safe place for senior level women leaders to discuss hard issues and share ideas and solutions with each other.
Criteria for participation: Enrollment is limited to senior leaders from public or privately-owned companies, as well as from select nonprofit organizations. Participants should be in positions within two levels of the CEO of a Fortune 1000 company or a privately held company of comparable size.

3 Key Tools to Help Survive Change
Join us for this breakfast session on Wednesday, November 4th. Please email Linkage Customer Service to register.
What can you do as a manager to keep people inspired and engaged vs. frozen or resistant in times of change? How can you best increase your odds of successful change implementation with your team?
Managers today need to lead change at multiple levels of their organizations with fewer and fewer resources. Despite this charge, they often lack the necessary tools and training to help their teams successfully navigate change and become more nimble and resilient for future initiatives.
At Linkage, we understand that successful change depends upon not only an effective strategy or process, but also on the people implementing change. Our strategic approach to change focuses on both the organizational change process and your employees’ ability to embrace change and successfully “transition” to a new state of change (based on the William Bridges Three-Phase Model for Transition).
This special breakfast session will provide managers with 3 key tools for accelerating the change implementation process and will help teams embrace change by understanding the importance of personal transition as a key to the change process.
In this session, you will learn 3 key tools including:
- Tool 1: Personal Impact Analysis—A framework for considering how individuals on your team might feel the impact of the change, preventing their whole-hearted commitment
- Tool 2: How “FIT” is your team?—A focused assessment which will allow you as a manager to evaluate the readiness of your team to effectively deal with a current change
- Tool 3: Business Case for Change—A template for constructing a compelling business case for your change initiative
Participants will walk away with a CD of these tools for a one time personal use.
