Learning Teams
Learning Teams are facilitator-led small groups in which peers can discuss common issues and challenges in an open environment. Linkage will organize learning teams based on a pre-Summit survey to identify participants’ key challenges, leadership goals and objectives, years of experience, and industry focus. At the end of the Summit, you will walk away with action tools and best practices, a focused strategy for improvement, and a new peer network.
Participation in learning teams delivers:
- real, practical experiences grounded in application
- access to expert-led faculty in a trusting environment
- topic-specific models, tools, and assessments
- a personal action plan
- best-practice case studies
- a flourishing peer network
Free Hogan Personality Assessment
All Women in Leadership Summit attendees will receive a complimentary Hogan Personality Inventory. All registered attendees will have the opportunity to complete the Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), a self assessment designed to evaluate your personal style. Rigorously tested and startlingly revealing, the HPI provides a comprehensive assessment of your personality, including your emotional, interpersonal, experiential, attitudinal, and motivational styles.
What can the HPI do for you?
The simple, practical reports generated from the HPI assessment enable you to identify critical personality strengths and gaps, then prioritize areas that demonstrate opportunities for your development and education. The HPI is an ideal tool to help you strengthen your leadership development, selection, succession planning, and performance leadership processes.
The personalized assessment report you’ll receive will help you:
- identify how you are likely to act in various situations
- note your strengths and shortcomings
- make suggestions about how to manage your career
- pinpoint characteristics relevant for success in your work environments
How does the process work?
Prior to the Summit, you’ll receive a link to take the HPI online. You’ll complete the assessment on your own. When you arrive on-site, we’ll give you a confidential report with your personalized results. You will then have the opportunity to attend a breakfast session at the Summit to learn more about how to interpret your results and identify the fundamental factors that distinguish personalities and determine career success.
Post-Summit Workshops
These intensive skill-building workshops will develop the skills necessary for your day-to-day work as a leader. Our expert presenters will help you to focus intensively on specific skills as well as to help you build an action plan so that you can realize immediate impact as soon as you get back to the office.
