Cancellation Policy 

  • All cancellation requests must be made in writing
  • A $275 administrative fee will be applied to all cancellations, no matter when the cancellation is made
  • All cancellations starting five weeks from the start date of the event or program – including “no shows” – are subject to the full program or event fee, with no exceptions
  • Program registrants who fail to attend (“no show”) with no notification will be charged the full program cost
  • An organization may substitute a colleague for the original registrant at any time prior to the start of an event, at no charge
  • Payment(s) must be made in U.S. dollars
