Constant change is a way of life in a business today. To stay competitive, you not only have to pay attention to what you are doing now to perform better, but what you have to do tomorrow to stay competitive in the future. This requires managers to become performance coaches and team leaders. They need to know when to change direction and how to get the resources and support they need. This creates a winning environment where the needs of the individual and the organization are both addressed.
Participants in this program will learn how to:
- Understand the importance of managing the present while preparing for the future
- Develop skills in the three aspects of managing people’s performance
- Recognize the five characteristics of effective organizations
- Identify the need to have empowered employees in a high performance culture
