Henry Mintzberg is Cleghorn Professor of Management Studies at McGill University and visiting professor of organization at INSEAD. Mintzberg is the author of over one hundred publications and the two-time McKinsey Award winner for the best Harvard Business Review article. His most recent publication, Managers Not MBAs: A Hard Look at the Soft Practice of Managing and Management was published in May 2004. His current research focuses on the nature and styles of managerial work. He received his Ph.D. from the Sloan School of Management, M.I.T.
