Few dispute it. Leadership matters. Organizations with more effective leaders produce better results. But, wanting to be a better leader and being one is not the same. To help leaders be more effective, they need to build their leadership brand. Brands exist for products and firms. To sustain a firm’s brand, leaders need to embody that firm’s brand. Leadership brand exists when leaders at all levels of an organization have a shared point of view about the business realities, demonstrate competencies appropriate for their assignments, and deliver results. This program helps executives to build a leadership brand and leaders to build their personal brand.

Participants in this program will learn:

  • An awareness of why leadership matters, how well leadership exists in your organization and a personal assessment of your commitment to leadership
  • A declaration of a leadership brand for your organization and for you personally
  • A roadmap for upgrading the next generation of leadership within your organization and a personal leadership agenda
  • A measurement system to assess the quality of leadership investments
