Pathways: The Linkage Leadership Program
As a leader, the pathways that you can take are many and diverse. The pathway
that you choose clearly depends on your unique capabilities as well as the
unique environment in which you operate and lead. Yet, at the same time, there
are common denominators. Specifically, if your leadership pathway is going to
lead to success, you must address several critical issues along the way that
mark the journey of an excellent leader:
Have you mastered your own leadership capabilities? Do you know
your own strengths and development needs as a leader? Have you developed a plan
for constant improvement and personal excellence?
Have you connected to the future? Have you defined how your
organization, division, team or group needs to change to keep pace in this
ever-shifting climate? Have you connected "where you are" to "where you need to
go"? Have you crafted a strategic plan that will take you there?
Have you connected with others? Have you motivated and inspired
them to drive toward your desired future state? Have you earned - and kept -
their trust along the way? Have you unleashed the leadership potential of the
people around you?
Finally, are you consciously building your leadership legacy? How
are you handling your crucibles of leadership? Are you authoring your own
leadership story? Are you authentic? Do others view you as authentic?
This is the immersion program - Linkage's flagship leadership development
program - that will enable you to address these critical issues so that you can
chart out your own leadership pathway to success.

assessment report to guide and inform your further development as a leader.
Developed in conjunction with leadership expert Warren Bennis, and based on
years of extensive research, the LAIT assesses leaders on five leadership
competencies, each made up of two separate but related components:
-
Focus - Focus and Drive xEmotional Intelligence -
Emotional Maturity and Perception
-
Trusted Influence - Commitment and Empowerment
-
Conceptual Thinking - Innovation and Big Picture Thinking
-
Systems Thinking - Mental Discipline and Process
Orientation
The LAIT also assesses leaders on five critical leadership
skills (Change Management, Coaching/Mentoring, Communication, Negotiation, and
Problem Solving).
During the program, you will have the opportunity to receive
individual coaching on your assessment results. This proves to be a valuable
