Policies

Logistical Information: We encourage you to arrive at 8:00 AM for sign-in. All workshops are scheduled to begin at 8:30 AM and end approximately at 4:30 PM.

The exceptions are workshops in The OD Certificate Program held at DePaul University in Chicago . For these programs only, please arrive at 8:30 AM for sign-in. These workshops are scheduled to begin at 9:00 AM and end approximately at 5:00 PM.

A continental breakfast and a luncheon on each day as well as the course materials are included in the cost of the workshop.

Participants are encouraged to dress comfortably; casual or business casual attire, whichever is more comfortable for you.

Workshop Registration Policy:

All workshop cost include a non refundable processing fee of $250.

Linkage reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any event. In the event of program cancellation, we make every effort to notify participants 4-5 weeks prior to the event. Therefore, we recommend purchasing a refundable airfare. Please be advised that Linkage is not responsible for any airfare penalties, travel or hotel charges that may be incurred due to cancelled or rescheduled events.

Payment:

• A valid credit card number is required at the time of registration to process the registration
• Full payment(s) must be received 4 weeks prior to the program start.
• Credit cards being held for payments will be charged 4 weeks prior to start of the program if payment has not been received at that time.
• Payment(s) must be made in U.S. dollars.

Cancellations:

• All cancellations, substitutions and reschedules request must be made in writing.
• Cancellations must be received 4 weeks prior to the start of the workshop.
  • - Pre-deadline cancellations can receive a refund minus the non refundable $250 processing fee.
  • - Post deadline cancellations may be eligible to receive a credit voucher minus the non refundable $250 processing fee.
• Program registrants who fail to attend without proper notification will be charged the full attendance cost.
• An organization may substitute another colleague for the original registrant prior to the start of the workshop without incurring a fee.

Prohibitions: Any unauthorized use of the copyrighted Linkage materials that participants receive at any Linkage training program is strictly prohibited. Solicitation of business from fellow workshop participants is also strictly prohibited. External consultants will be asked to sign a non-disclosure form indicating their agreement with the above.
