Shifting Sands is a multimedia simulation developed by InCourage, Inc.
that presents your team with a powerful template for crossing any desert of
change. Based on the actual Saharan expedition of Steve Donahue, this story
weaves a shared metaphor for participants to be better prepared to help each
other seize opportunities while moving more quickly and effectively through any
transition. This modular learning program maps to the work of
William Bridges and can be offered by itself, as part of, or in
addition to
Managing Organizational Transition or Individual Transition in
Organizations.

Team Everest is a multimedia simulation based on an actual expedition in
1986 that brought the first North American woman to the summit of Mount
Everest. Facilitated by InCourage, the story explores how conflicting
priorities, information complexity and ambiguity, and of course, time pressure
can affect team dynamics and the decision- making process. Before reaching the
summit, you must create a shared vision, be clear on roles and
responsibilities, separate facts and assumptions as a method to resolve
conflict and properly manage risks. By then, you've made it half-way there!
