Based on your level of experience, choose between the Classic Track and
the Advanced Track of the curriculum. In addition, you can focus on the
dimensions of the Organizational Design WheelT that are most relevant to
your work:
Classic Track:
Suggested curriculum for OD Practitioners with 0-5 years of experience
Advanced Track:
Suggested curriculum for OD Practitioners with 5+ years of experience
Shared Elective Courses Complementary to both Tracks:
Certificate program length:
4 courses (not concurrent), at least 1 of which must be a core course and the
remaining three courses must be chosen from the selected track and/or shared
electives-recommended program completion within one year

$4,895 (Note: There is an additional fee of $180 if you select High Impact
Relationships and Driving Innovation, $265 if you select Bottom-Line OD,
$850 if you select Best Practices in Succession Management, and $700 if
