Anyone who works in an organization or has responsibility for leading a team understands the frustration caused by office politics, silos, and team dysfunction. Unfortunately, many solutions t o these challenges are temporary and touchy-feely, if not completely ineffective. Best-selling author and leadership guru, Patrick Lencioni set out to change this. He has created a powerful model and actionable steps that can be used to overcome these common hurdles so as to build and lead a cohesive, effective team. Drawing from his New York Times, BusinessWeek and Wall Street Journal best-seller, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, and his just released book, Silos, Politics, and Turf Wars, Lencioni will provide participants with tools, exercises, and real-world examples to learn from. In addition he will answer questions that all high performance teams answer: Are we really a team? How are we currently performing? Are we prepared to invest the time and energy required to be a great team? What are we committing to do differently to improve our performance as a team?

Patrick Lencioni, is the founder and president of The Table Group, a management consulting firm specializing in executive team development and organizational health. He has written numerous best-selling books including The Five Temptations of a CEO, The Four Obsessions of an Extraordinary Executive, and his most recent Silos, Politics & Turf Wars. He has worked with thousands of senior executives from organizations such as New York Life, AT&T, Sam's Club, Microsoft, Allstate, Visa, FedEx, the U.S. Military Academy, and West Point.

This program will feature 60 minutes of presentation followed by 30 minutes of questions and answers.
