Moments of decision are those times when an
individual, team or organization faces the choice of going one way or another.
These decisions eventually come down to a Go Point which is that moment when
the information has been gathered, the pros and cons have been weighed and the
time has come to get off of the fence. Such decisions are the heart of
leadership and a main driver of organizational performance.
