Since 1999, the Women in Leadership Summit has provided thousands of participants with the knowledge, network, and impetus necessary to thrive as individuals and within their organizations. The agenda moves beyond traditional “professional development” by drawing on the collective wisdom and energy of the keynote roster, the faculty, and the hundreds of on-site participants.

Learning Tracks
The Summit features 12 interactive, results-focused, skill development sessions on the most pressing issues facing women leaders today. All sessions are led by dynamic presenters with content expertise. These leadership experts have been featured on NPR, PBS, Good Morning America, 20/20, and Oprah, as well as in numerous print publications. Others are corporate stars who are leading award-winning women’s leadership initiatives.
TRACK 1 – Leadership Development: Taking Your Self and Your Career to the Next Level Track 1 sessions provide personal and professional development opportunities to enhance the skills necessary to lead, coach, and compete to win in business and life.
TRACK 2 – Whole Leadership: The Health and Wellness Factor  Multi-dimensional in design, these sessions approach leadership systemically by addressing the mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual components of great leadership.
TRACK 3 – Partners and Allies: Forging Strategic Relationships These sessions enhance your capability to build strategic internal and external relationships that span all levels, generations, and races.
TRACK 4 – Developing and Advancing Women: The Link Between Practice and Profit Designed for leadership development practitioners and those who spearhead women’s initiatives, the Track 4 sessions speak to the business case for developing and advancing women. These sessions showcase winning tactics and “beyond-lip-service” results tied to the bottom line.
