Attire
The dress code for all Summit-related activities is business casual. Please bring an extra layer as the temperature in the meeting rooms tends to fluctuate.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in writing no later than April 4, 2005. After this date, all registrations—including “no shows”—are subject to the full Summit fee. An organization may substitute one executive for another at any time.
