Summit Features

You will walk away from the Summit with a Talent Management Performance Review Card, a tool for you to track and measure your organization's talent management progress. It will help you to benchmark your organization against standardized talent management metrics based on best practice methodologies and leading research and help you to create an action plan to bring back and apply to your organization after the event.

Learning Teams
Applied Learning Teams are facilitator-led small groups in which peers can discuss common issues and challenges in an open environment. Linkage organizes Learning Teams based on a pre-Summit survey to identify participants' key challenges, goals and objectives, and years of experience. At the end of the Summit, you will walk away with action tools, best practices, and a new peer network.

Pre- and Post-Summit Workshops
These intensive skill-building workshops will develop the skills necessary for your day-to-day work. Our expert presenters will help you to focus intensively on specific skills as well as to help you build an action plan so that you can realize immediate impact as soon as you get back to the office.
