In honor of The Best of OD Summit's 10th Anniversary, Linkage has partnered with the renowned business results coaching company Break Through Consulting to offer complimentary coaching sessions onsite at the Summit.

The first 100 people to sign-up will meet individually with an executive coach from Break Through Consulting!

Learning Teams

Applied Learning Teams are facilitator-led small groups in which peers can discuss common issues and challenges in an open environment. Linkage organizes Learning Teams based on a pre-Summit survey to identify participants' key challenges, goals and objectives, and years of experience. At the end of the Summit, you will walk away with action tools and best practices and a new peer network.

Advanced Practitioners' Think Tank*

A think tank is a "committee of experts that undertakes research or gives advice." The Advanced Practitioners' (AP) Think Tank is an opportunity for senior-level practitioners to share innovations, strategies, methodologies, and resources with other senior-level peers.

The AP Think Tank is limited to practitioners with at least ten years of OD/HR related experience.
