• Medium Team (6-24)..........$1,695 ($1300 savings pp)
• 25 or more Participants.....$1,195 per person ($1,800 savings pp)

HR Executive Leadership Teams: In 2006, Linkage is building the HR Leaders Summit to include an alternative design format that can be utilized by today's large national, multinational, and global organizations as a backdrop for their annual HR executive meetings. Teams of HR executives from throughout the organization's business units, regions, and divisions can attend the main Summit programming as well as make use of allocated time blocks throughout the program to allow them not only to host their own sessions, but Linkage can also be sourced to provide facilitators for group discussions on particular topics (facilitators can include Linkage consultants or other experts that are part of the GILD faculty or other outside experts upon request. Additional fees may apply based on facilitation rates of faculty utilized). Because executive HR leadership teams will pay a team fee for attendance (a significantly reduced per participant amount, depending upon the number of participants), the HR Leaders Summit can be an ideal and cost-effective way to expose your team to the unparalleled programming available at the Summit, as well as programming that speaks to the imperatives that your organization is facing. Teams can customize their own programs during time blocks in which other participants are taking part in their own programming.

You may also choose to further customize your program by including Assessments (choose from either the Linkage Leadership Assessment Instrument (LAI) or the HR Leaders Assessment), Coaching, Expert Facilitation on topics relevant to your organization's strategic imperatives, additional customized social events, and other customized features that your organization would like to add.
