  • introspection and "off-the-record' exchange with a group of peer executives who share a common interest in finding innovative solutions to a top priority challenge
  • an opportunity to synthesize key learning from the HR Leaders Summit

Executive Skill-Development Workshops

Executive Skill Development workshops are designed to address the core professional skill development that senior executives need in order to address the challenges inherent in their leadership roles. Executive Skill Development Workshops are active, engaged learning experiences oriented towards providing attending delegates the opportunity to think critically about their own senior leadership challenges with you as their guide. Workshops must be rich in valuable content and intended to stimulate the development of senior executives in key areas of senior leadership skills and capabilities.

Two separate one-hour workshop sessions will be offered at different times throughout the event--we are offering the same one-hour workshop at two separate times in order to ensure that all participants have the opportunity to benefit from each professional skill development session that they want to participate in.
