SILKE JANZ
is a consultant and product development specialist at Linkage, Inc. She has expertise in designing customized and public training programs, including all supporting materials and tools. Silke facilitates learning events such as public workshops and leadership development programs. She has delivered excellence to her clients in the areas of assessment, selection systems, competency-based leadership development, action learning, and organizational development in a variety of industries. Silke specializes in cross-cultural communication, based on her experience with and knowledge of the impact of culture on working relationships. She is fluent in four languages (German, Italian, French, and English).
Silke's accomplishments include:
- Facilitation and development of training programs
- Developing multiple-day senior level leadership programs, including action learning projects
- Providing behavioral assessment interpretation and analysis, correlating behavioral attributes from personality assessments with observed behaviors from multi-rater leadership assessments
Prior to joining Linkage, Silke worked as a consultant at the management consultant firm PWS Wollsching-Strobel in Frankfurt, Germany. While there, Silke designed and delivered processes and learning events in the area of leadership and organizational development.
Silke has a strong background in training methods and the psychology of learning, holding a Masters degree in Adult Education from the College of Education in Freiburg, Germany. She also holds a diploma as a Pedagogue of Psychodrama - an interactive method for working through challenging situations in order to better understand them, and to reveal and practice new approaches. After moving to the United States, Silke worked in the Department of Education at Salem State College in Massachusetts where she taught in the field of cross-cultural communication.
