Michaleen (Micki) Lewis, Senior Consultant, Central Region
Internationally Certified Coach, Change Agent, Leadership and OD Consultant,
Micki Lewis has had flair in co-creating behavioral shifts influencing 10,000+
participants in diverse work environments since 1988. For over the past eight
years, Lewis has worked as a long-term project consultant building customized,
performance excellence programs from inception to completion. Healthcare
Technology, specifically the ophthalmic manufacturing industry, was where Ms.
Lewis' career began. Starting in a lab, managing departments and then moving
into a sales consulting and a national speaker role, Micki was recognized and
awarded numerous times for outstanding accomplishments. From 1995 to 2000,
Micki was a college instructor and also designed, facilitated and project

had 10+ national articles published. Micki has coached over 600 individuals at
all levels (C-level, Sr. Executive, Sales, Technical, Manufacturing, etc.) in
leadership, organizational and interpersonal management & has also
facilitated virtual & on-site Success Teams utilizing Kirkpatrick's Level 3
& 4 Evaluation Measurements - ensuring behavioral change. As 2006 President
for Chicago Chapter of ASTD - Ms. Lewis, along with her 24-member Executive
Team - spearhead an 800+ member association, linking people, learning and
business performance.
Ms. Lewis' educational background includes being a 2006 Masters Graduate in
Management and Organizational Behavior, OD Concentration and a 2000 Honor
Graduate in Organizational Leadership from Benedictine University in Lisle,
Illinois. A Registered OD Professional, Micki also holds assessment and
coaching certifications, is a graduate of Coach University and is sanctioned by
the International Coach Federation (ICF) as one of only 1400 Certified Coaches
worldwide.
