MARC LEVINE
is a Practice Principal Consultant at Linkage, Inc. where he is responsible for
developing client relationships, delivering training, facilitation and
consulting services.
He specializes in leadership, organization development, and organizational
change management. In this capacity, he partners with senior- and mid-level
managers in numerous industries to enhance company-wide leadership capabilities
and drive strategic change efforts to all organizational levels. Using a
variety of consulting methodologies and techniques, he helps client
organizations realize their desired leadership behaviors and successfully
implement strategic plans on a tactical, day-to-day level.
Prior to joining Linkage, Marc was a Principal and Co-founder of Cobalt
Strategies, Inc. where he specialized in leadership, organization development
and change management. Marc has also managed and led the Western Division
consulting team for The Forum Corporation, a global learning and consulting
firm. In this role, he was responsible for all aspects of consulting team
performance, including client satisfaction and retention, internal work
processes, employee development, and division financial performance. In this
context, he also led several client project teams in the areas of performance
management and high-potential executive leadership development.
Before joining the Forum Corporation, Marc founded the Organizational
Effectiveness consulting practice for iQuantic, Inc., a San Francisco-based
consulting firm. Here, he devised, designed, and implemented an assessment
methodology geared specifically to high-tech clients. Working with top
executives at leading global technology firms, he drove assessment-based change
efforts resulting in significant improvements in organizational functioning and
capability.
Marc earned his Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from the California School
of Professional Psychology. His academic interests include the challenges of
leading geographically dispersed teams, building leadership skills through the
use of feedback, and the relationship between personal development and
leadership development. Marc teaches masters-level courses in leadership and
organizational change at the University of San Francisco and has presented
papers at numerous professional conferences.
