Ian Kristic

Expertise
Ian holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational
Psychology, coupled with over 10 years of experience as a consultant, senior
manager, and coach. As a senior leader at Linkage, he manages the Assessments
practice and specializes in the areas of executive and leadership development,
leadership assessment, executive coaching, career development, strategic
planning, conflict management, team building, and communication skills
development.
Professional Background and Experience
Since 1997, Ian has provided large-scale leadership
development program design and delivery, organization development consulting,
team development, and individual coaching for executives and managers at
organizations such as H & R Block, Colgate, Microsoft, UBS, The American
Red Cross, US Steel, Meridian Health, Veterans Affairs, City of San Diego, LG,
St. Francis Hospital, Devon Energy, Option One Mortgage Corporation, Dartmouth
Tuck School of Business, and Baylor University. Prior to joining Linkage, Ian
served as a Senior Leadership Development Consultant at Executive Development
Associates (EDA). His other experience includes Senior Performance Development
Advisor at Devon Energy, a Fortune 500 Oil & Gas Corporation, Senior
Organization Development Consultant at Option One Mortgage Corporation,
Director of Organization Development and Training, LG Information and
Communications, and Organization Development Consultant at Betsy Jacobson and
Associates, International Consulting Firm.
