HARLEY OSTIS
leads Linkage's southern regional consulting business, having responsibility
for the development and delivery of consulting services and client solutions in
the region.
With over twenty years of work as a consultant, executive coach and business
leader, Harley brings extensive experience and real value to his work with
clients. As a highly-skilled leader and consultant, he has successfully led
significant efforts and projects in leadership development, change management,
acquisitions and assimilation of new businesses, and executive coaching. Harley
also brings a unique multi-cultural understanding to his work with clients as a
result of his extensive international experience.
Prior to joining Linkage, Harley worked as a senior human resource executive
including holding the positions of executive vice president of human resources
and administration at CheckFree Corporation and vice president of human
resources and quality at Lanier Worldwide. He has also served as an executive
consultant and coach to a number of organizations in the technology,
healthcare, and services sectors. Harley has a broad background in facilitation
of leadership and executive teams and has built his skills through
certifications and learning experiences with the University of Michigan,
Wharton School of Business, Center for Creative Leadership, and Development
Dimensions International.
Harley holds an MBA from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor
of Arts in Counseling through the School of Education at the University of
Massachusetts at Amherst .
