Fred Bunsa is a Principal Consultant at Linkage, having responsibility for the
design, development and delivery of consulting services and client solutions.
Fred brings an energy and excitement level to his engagements that transfers to
his clients: they experience his commitment to work with them to achieve
breakthrough results.
With over 20 years of work as a manager, sales consultant,
and HR development leader, Fred brings extensive experience and value to his
work with clients. As a skilled speaker, coach and consultant, Fred has played
key roles in successful efforts around sales force and leadership development,
change management, mentoring, performance management, coaching, and program
management. Fred possesses a deep understanding of the financial services
world, with 16 years of direct experience in the sales and HR functions in that
sector.
Fred is certified to give feedback on the Hogan Personality
Inventory, MBTI and Linkage's 360° Leadership Assessment Instrument.
Prior to joining Linkage, Fred was Vice President of
Training and Development at JPMorgan Chase. His specific areas of interest
include helping leaders execute strategies more quickly, think more
strategically, deal with change more effectively, communicate in ways that
build commitment and drive people at all levels to take action. He knows how to
accelerate executive development via "action learning" principles that deliver
immediate results to the business.
Fred's clients have included Meridian Health, U.S. Steel,
Daymon Worldwide, and Centocor.
Fred holds a BA in English from The College of the Holy
Cross in Worcester, MA.
