PROGRAM CURRICULUM

In today's business environment, leaders and managers are faced with increasing challenges to set stretch goals, drive change, and motivate employees to achieve results. Do your leaders and managers have the right tools at their fingertips to successfully meet these challenges?

This two-day certification program will give you the knowledge of 40 proven leadership and management tools, as well as the expertise in how to equip your leaders and managers to effectively use the tools. You will receive hands-on experience with a core set of tools from The Daily Leader's Essential Toolkit. Additionally, the 40 tools will be available to you in an on-line, self-study format. This program will be facilitated by select senior Linkage Master Facilitators who not only developed the tools, but have implemented them throughout major consulting interventions aimed at driving higher levels of performance. They will share valuable tips and techniques in using the tools along with their expertise in how to work with leaders/managers in defining measurable results, developing trust, motivating employees, and driving effective change initiatives.
