Pre-Work:

Your journey begins with a comprehensive 360° LAI™ assessment developed in conjunction with leadership expert Warren Bennis, and based on years of extensive research. The LAI™ assesses leaders on five leadership competencies, each made up of two separate but related components. The LAI™ also assesses leaders on five critical leadership skills. After completing your 360° version of the instrument, you receive a personal assessment report and one-on-one coaching designed to help guide and inform your further development as a leader.

Program Curriculum

As a participant in The Leader's Path: Advancing Your Leadership Development for Greater Impact, you spend time focusing on the critical portion of your responsibilities on which the future of your organization relies. You create a vision of what that future ought to be, and learn the tools and techniques to lead people to it. In addition to learning new tools and best practices for maximizing your abilities to get things done with and through others, you also improve your strategic thinking, change management, team leadership, and communication skills. Plus you clarify your fundamental point of view on leadership so that you can lead with greater authenticity and purpose.
