Consultant as Change Agent
This workshop focuses on the change management role of the internal consultant and introduces you to a model and tools that you can use to influence change in your organization.
Receive and leverage the opportunity to assess your role and the role of your business leader in change, as well as your organization's readiness to adopt change. Identify the impact that the desired change will have. Understand how to frame change messages through formal and informal group communications pathways - and who to leverage and involve in your change efforts.
Who Should Attend
HR, OD, and training professionals who have basic knowledge (as found in the Consulting Skills for HR Professionals workshop), as well as a need to use their consulting skills to build credibility and drive change initiatives.
