Coaching Women Leaders
Many of the challenges that men and women face in the workplace are similar. There are, however, issues that are unique to women leaders (the deep need for balance and meaning in both personal and professional areas, the glass ceiling dynamic, the importance of integrity in leadership, the relentless drive for perfectionism, etc.) that require a deeper understanding and a special knowledge on the part of the coach. In this special 1-day supplementary program to the Coaching Leaders Certification Program, engage in a highly focused and experiential learning forum for coaches of women leaders and build on the theories, tools, and techniques introduced during the core Coaching Leaders Certification Program session.
