ROGER YOUNG has served as a leadership and organizational development consultant, master facilitator, and executive coach for more than 15 years. During this time, he has partnered with several Fortune 500 organizations on a variety of talent management and organizational issues including:

Roger’s work has impacted thousands of leaders worldwide and continues to drive organizational talent and business results. A master-certified executive coach and organizational consultant, Roger brings a pragmatic, results-focused perspective to his coaching and consulting engagements.
Roger graduated from the University of Wisconsin at La Cross with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Business Management and earned his Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the California State University at San Bernardino. Roger holds the role of VP – Chapter Meetings with the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) – Atlanta, one of the largest SHRM chapters in the world. In addition, Roger is a frequent speaker at international conferences focusing on the topic of leadership and organizational development. In his spare time, Roger enjoys traveling with his wife Leslie and their twins Grant and Ellery, and [to a lesser extent] training for and competing in triathlons.
