Fritz Khumalo
FRITZ KHUMALO is CEO of Linkage Southern Africa based in Rosebank, Johannesburg. He has over 15 years of HR management and consulting experience working with senior executives to grow & improve complex organizations. Fritz's broad business experience includes strategy development / clarification / execution, organisational effectiveness, leadership alignment and development, change management and strategic communication.
Fritz's accomplishments include:
- Guiding the CEO and leadership team of a financial services organization in designing the organization's structure and aligning it to the new business strategy. This assignment also involved creating a business culture supporting growth & improvement, and developing & assessing required leadership competencies.
- Facilitating an HR strategy development process for a leading mining group. This process resulted in the repositioning of the HR function as strategic business partners within the group.
- Facilitating a strategy development process for the Finance Committee of the Gauteng Provincial Legislature and fostering closer alignment between the Finance Committee and the Provincial Finance department.
Prior to joining Linkage, Fritz was the founder and Executive Director of Talent-Drive management consultants. He still serves on the Talent-Drive board. Fritz has a Bachelor of Commerce, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management, and a Masters in Management from Wits Business School.
Fritz has consulted across a wide variety of industries and organizations including Industrial Development Corporation, Standard Bank, HSBC, Monsanto International, Harmony Gold, Anglo Platinum, SABS, Fleet Africa, Gauteng Legislature and NBC.
