DAVID GIBER is a Senior Vice President, Chief Learning Officer and Principal Consultant at Linkage. He has 25 years of experience in organization and leadership development, human resource management, and executive coaching. David specializes in consulting to senior leaders and teams as well as designing leadership development programs and systems for organizations worldwide.
David has been instrumental in the creation of many of Linkage’s core leadership programs and tools as well as its coaching practices and techniques. He maintains several long-standing client relationships with international corporations, non profits, and universities. David has consulted with leaders on such issues as succession planning, management development, action learning, executive coaching, workforce assessment, and developing performance and selection systems.
David helps leaders achieve professional and personal success by focusing on both the “hard” business skills, as well as personal development and leadership qualities. He is skilled in providing executive feedback and helping executives learn new management practices and achieve measurable and sustainable change. David has also used his expertise as a facilitator at many senior executive retreats and has spoken at leading international conferences on leadership and human resource development.
Prior to joining Linkage, David served in director level positions in human resource management and leadership development for leading companies in the high-tech, financial services, and travel industries. He is an industrial/organizational psychologist, received a BA from Stanford University, and a PhD from Duke University. David is the editor of two top-selling books, The Leadership Development Handbook and Best Practices in Organization and Human Resources Handbook.
