DANA DAVIDSON is Vice President of International Partnerships and Principal Consultant at Linkage. She currently heads Linkage’s Global Partner Network with locations in Australia, Bermuda, Central Eastern Europe, China, Greece, India, Korea, Kuwait, Malaysia, Mexico, Singapore, South Africa, Turkey, and Western Europe. Dana works closely with each of Linkage’s Global Partners to help build their consulting practices as well as customizing Linkage’s programs and offerings to meet their unique client needs.
Dana brings twenty one years of in-depth experience in organizational and leadership development with a focus in the design, development, and implementation of competency based leadership development systems. Her experience includes working with senior managers in strategic planning and change implementation, middle managers in skill development, and new managers/high potential individuals in understanding their leadership roles.
Dana also plays a key role in the design and development of new Linkage products and programs. She has held numerous positions at Linkage including Director of Product Development and Vice President of Training. Prior to joining Linkage, Dana worked at Fidelity Investments as a regional quality manager and at CIGNA as an assistant director in training & development.
She is certified in numerous Leadership and Team assessment instruments including: The LEA – Leadership Effectiveness Assessment, The Hogan Leadership Profile Suite, and The MBTI – Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.
Dana has worked with organizations such as: Avon, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Bose, Federated Dept. Stores, Harley Davidson, the New York Stock Exchange, McKesson, Merrill Lynch, Pitney Bowes, the United Nations, and Wyeth. Her work in organizational and leadership development has been across the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and South Africa.
Dana holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an M.B.A both from The University of Massachusetts at Amherst, MA.
