Christine Hizny joined Linkage in 1995 and is the director of learning, online, and partner solutions. In that capacity, she has responsibility for creating custom learning solutions including virtual learning and interactive toolkits to support leadership development initiatives for our clients. These solutions span a variety a topics including coaching, change, management, and high potential leadership.
Christine is also responsible for launching strategic partnerships and managing them including Linkage's valued partnerships such as William Bridges & Associates on Leading Organizational Transition and Innosight on Driving Innovation. She also helped to launch Linkage’s global expansion several years ago.
Prior to her recent role, Christine had the responsibility for managing all aspects of Linkage’s open-enrollment and onsite training programs within the U.S. In addition, Christine worked with Linkage's consulting group as a large-scale project manager for engagements ranging from competency modeling initiatives to assessment and development initiatives. She is trained in traditional behavioral event interviewing methodologies, as well as in the Accelerated Competency System.
Christine holds a BS magna cum laude from Salem State College and an MBA with distinction from Rivier College. She has also completed a Masters Certificate in Distance Learning in support of the latest techniques in adult virtual learning.
