ARLENE SCOTT, Ph.D.,  is a leading authority in the field of leadership development and organization change with a successful track record over 25 years in providing leadership development, executive team alignment, and executive coaching across a wide range of industries. She works with CEOs and executive teams to optimise their individual and collective capability to lead their organisations amidst rapidly changing business environments. Arlene has helped executives translate their vision into action, strategically align corporate values, improve employee competence and commitment, manage transitions, improve executives' ability to coach emerging leaders, and implement lasting improvement in executives' performance.

Arlene has taught at Hofstra University and the New School for Social Research. She received her MA and Ph.D. degrees from New York University and is a member of National Training Laboratories and the American Psychological Association.
