BURLINGTON, MASS. (December 10, 2004) - Linkage, Inc. announced the publication today of two new books
from Linkage President and CEO Phil Harkins—Everybody Wins: The Story and Lessons Behind RE/MAX, as well
as The Art and Practice of Leadership Coaching: 50 Top Coaches Reveal Their Secrets.
Both books were published last week by John Wiley & Sons, Inc., the New Jersey-based business publisher.
For Everybody Wins, Harkins and co-author Keith Hollihan conducted an in-depth study of the strategy, culture, and
leadership that has fueled RE/MAX's 380 consecutive months of growth. For The Art and Practice of Leadership
Coaching, Harkins and co-editors Marshall Goldsmith and Howard Morgan gathered 50 “how to” essays from the

“We see these books as falling into the .have to have' category,” Linkage Senior Vice President Russell Sullivan
said. “If you're interested in growing your organization, then you've got to pay attention to the RE/MAX story and
gameplan. And, if you're at all connected with coaching leaders, then The Art and Practice is a must have strategic
