Linkage, Inc. Announces Expansion into Asia Pacific

BURLINGTON, MASS. (August 13, 2004) - Linkage, Inc., the organizational development company specializing in leadership development, announced today that it has expanded into Asia by establishing a new office located in Singapore.

Linkage is headquartered in Burlington, MA and has other regional offices located in Minneapolis, Atlanta, and San Francisco, as well as the European cities of London and Brussels.

"Now that we have established a strong presence in Europe, Asia represents the next frontier for Linkage," said Linkage CEO and President Phil Harkins.

Linkage's Singapore office is doing business under the name of Linkage Asia and will be headed by Samuel M. Lam who has more than 15 years of leadership development and human resource consulting experience in Asia. Prior to his appointment as president and CEO of Linkage Asia, Mr. Lam was managing consultant of Towers Perrin Singapore.

"Linkage has a unique portfolio of leadership consulting services, training, research, and conferences," Lam said. "I am certain that clients in Singapore and across the region will quickly see the value of that portfolio. And I am certain that Linkage Asia will be able to help those clients develop great leaders and organizations."

According to Lam, Linkage Asia's future plans include regional premier leadership conferences and open-enrollment programs targeted at senior- and mid-level managers in Asia.

"Sam has been a Linkage customer and collaborator for many years," Harkins noted. "And he is the perfect choice to spearhead our expansion into Asia-and a model for the type of high-level individual that we will continue to partner with so that we can broaden our geographical reach and establish our regional presence across the globe."
