Phil Harkins to Lead Breakthrough Leader's Communication Clinic

LEXINGTON, MASS. (March 12, 2002) - Linkage, Inc. announced today that The Leader's Communications Clinic, led by thought leader and author Phil Harkins, will make its debut in June 2002. This immersion program and experiential development process is aimed at addressing the challenges and opportunities at the heart of communicating as a leader. It seeks to enable participants to achieve "click" through communications of all types, including one-on-one, with teams, and in life.

The curriculum for The Leader's Communications Clinic is based on the "The Communicating as a Leader" model, which sets forth the various dimensions and constituencies involved when communicating as a leader. The program will be offered twice in 2002, June 25-27 on the East Coast and November 2002 on the West Coast. Enrollment is limited to 30 participants per session. "This is a chance to really work at how you communicate as a leader, not just in your work but in your life," says Harkins of the program. "I think that people will find it to be a transformational experience-and I think that they'll be more powerful and more confident leaders because of it."
