Linkage Announces Exclusive Partnership with William Bridges & Associates in Launch of Change Management Training

BURLINGTON, MASS. (June 4, 2003) - Linkage, Inc. announced today that it will deepen its strength in organizational and individual change services by entering into an exclusive partnership with William Bridges & Associates. For the past twenty years, William Bridges & Associates has been a leader in training professionals in the strategies and techniques of managing personal and organizational transitions.

In the fall of 2003, Linkage will be offering in partnership with William Bridges & Associates a unique train-the- trainer program: Leading Organizational Transitions. This train-the-trainer program will certify professionals to deliver two skill-building programs—Managing Organizational Transition and Individual Transition in Organizations. Prior to entering into a partnership with Linkage, Inc., William Bridges & Associates have successfully delivered this distinctive train-the-trainer program to numerous companies and organizations for the past 15 years.

In addition to the Leading Organizational Transitions Train-the-Trainer Program, a two-day program focused on Managing Organizational Transition will be offered as a public seminar. Managers responsible for implementing change will find the session invaluable as they guide others through transitions.
