BURLINGTON, MASS. (November 03, 2005) - Linkage, Inc. announces today a new partnership with Geoff Bellman, bestselling author of The Beauty of the Beast: Breathing New Life into Organizations (Berrett-Koehler, 2000). Bellman and the Linkage Team collaborated on a completely new design of Linkage's Advanced Consulting Skills training program. After a recent successful pilot run in Chicago, it will now be offered several times throughout North America in 2006.

This new Advanced Consulting Skills workshop builds on the success consultants have had, sharpens their skill for the future, showing them how to use themselves even better." says Geoff Bellman. This Linkage/Bellman workshop offers internal experienced consultants (5+ years) the opportunity to learn with peers in other organizations while benefiting from Geoff's unique perspective on the importance of the consulting relationship that he has developed through over 40 years of global practice. Participants explore new ways of looking at organizations and how to change them. They take away new knowledge about themselves and what makes them effective. They draw on each other's experience while being guided by Linkage/Bellman design.

During the two day course, participants reflect on their current approach to consulting, react to each other's approaches, and refine what they will do when they return to work. These workshops are led by senior Linkage consultants each of whom has worked with Bellman as part of their preparation of leading this advanced program.

This re-designed Advanced Consulting Skills training program includes peer consultations, case studies, work applications, and offers a framework for experienced consultants to rethink their work while enhancing their skills in changing large organizations.
