A Letter from Todd Langton
Dear Link & Learn Readers,
Happy New Year! Welcome to the new Link & Learn,
Linkage's monthly e-newsletter. We are launching 2007 with a "new beginning"
for our Link & Learn newsletter. You will find a new format and many new
features including:
-
Ask-the-Expert
-
Leader lessons
-
Job postings
-
Monthly Surveys
"Ask-the-Expert" - a
service where you can submit a question relating to HR, OD, Management, or
Leadership Development and one of our consultants will respond and provide
insights. Our consultants have, on average, more than 15 years of practical
experience across a full array of industries and help our clients achieve day-
to-day results in areas that matter most in the fields of HR, organizational
and leadership development.
"Leader Lessons" provides
our readers with interviews and sound bytes from thought-provoking leaders,
industry luminaries and subject-matter experts. In upcoming issues you'll hear
interviews we've conducted as well as be able to view multi-media clips of
speeches and presentations made by distinguished leaders in the fields of HR,
OD, Management and Leadership Development.
"Job Postings" - as a
service to our client-base and readership, we will post information on our
reader's job openings in Link & Learn. By posting these jobs, our readers
will be able to greatly widen the net they can pull qualified candidates from.
Information on how to submit information on an open position can be found in
this month's newsletter.
"Survey Says" - each month
we'll include a short survey on a relevant industry topic and share the results
in future editions of Link & Learn. This month we are looking for opinions
and thoughts on the area of coaching. Take a few minutes to take this survey
and be sure to check back to see the results in an upcoming issue.
As always, we'll continue to bring you timely articles on
relevant issues facing leaders and HR and OD professionals. You'll also
continue to find special offers and promotions on Linkage's training offerings,
conferences and Institutes as well as a calendar of upcoming events.
We hope you enjoy reading the new Link & Learn. Since
this newsletter is for you, we welcome and encourage your feedback as this
publication evolves. Please send any suggestions or comments to
editor@linkageinc.com.
Again, Happy New Year and thank you for being a loyal reader
of Link & Learn.
